DELIVERY

For the speediest delivery of your contact lenses we use overnight couriers within New Zealand. We endeavour to process your purchase the same day in order to deliver as soon as possible. There are no deliveries by the couriers during weekends and public holidays. We do depend on the services of the courier companies and therefore our delivery times are guidelines only as supplied to us by these companies.

Contact lenses not held in stock by us may face a delay of 3-5 working days. Toric (astigmatic) contact lenses can have a longer delay, depending on the manufacturers stock levels. We will notify you if there are any expected time delays.

Contact Lens Express responsibility for courier deliveries "without signatures required" ends, when the courier Track & Trace report clearly states that the parcel has been delivered at the provided address. From there all responsibility for receiving the parcel lays with the customer. We will provide our customers with evidence about the ticket number and date of dispatch but any further enquiries should be directed to the courier company directly.

We offer free courier when your contact lenses purchases total over $100 all you need to do is enter FREESHIP at checkout. Only one voucher code can be used for each transaction. If your order is less than $100 you will be charged a flat fee of $5.00. 

PAYMENT

All pricing and payments are made in New Zealand Dollars NZD  and include G.S.T. We use a secure payment portal so your transaction card details are completely safe.

Always follow your eye care professional’s instructions relating to the use and care of your contact lenses. Have your eyes examined regularly and remove your contact lenses immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort and consult your eye care professional.
